1. 지금 통화 괜찮아? / 시간 괜찮아? Is this a good time? 

전화 받은 상대가 정신 없어 보일 때 
Did I catch you at a bad time?

2. 늦은/이른 시간일 때 (I am) Sorry to call so late/early.

3. 누구시죠? Who am I speaking to?
(더 정중하게) May I ask who’s calling?
